Set up for Automated Review Page

1. Creating A Survey

The first step is creating a Survey with questions, such as basic feedback, as well as setting up a page where customers can select the desired number of stars they want to give your company. If the desired amount is lower than what you consider good, then it will not be put onto your Google page. If it meets your expectations, the customer will be redirected to your Google page, where they can leave a review and re-select how many stars they want to give you.

2. Connecting

The second step is connecting it to one of the two products, Automated Emails or Automated Messaging. Once a workflow has been completed with either of these products, the customer will then be sent the Survey, where they can fill it out, all while you have to do nothing on your part.
